    We are currently looking for a motivated Personal Assistant who is passionate about the real estate industry to join our team.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who has their sights set on climbing the ladder of success in real estate and you'll have the chance to learn the ropes from one of our highly successful salespeople.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with open homes, sales, general administration, prospecting and providing business support.

    You will need to be able to demonstrate:
    • Previous PA / office administration experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to use initiative and work proactively
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Good time management and organisation skills
    • A positive and friendly attitude
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Confident computer skills
    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.

    This is a full time role and will require some evening and weekend work.
