  • Ockham Residential Realty is a boutique business that provides sales and property management services for apartments in Ockham developments.

    We’re getting ready for the completion of two major Ockham developments and have an opening for an Administration Assistant to join our small and highly skilled team.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the property management and sales teams, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Preparing Tenancy Agreements
    • Customer liaison
    • Managing repairs and maintenance issues
    • Property inspections
    • Assisting with incoming and outgoing tenant process
    • Viewings with prospective tenants and assisting with leasing
    We need a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail, who thrives under pressure and is keen to assist where help is needed.

    Whilst experience in property management or sales support is an advantage, it is not essential - what's important is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

    Other essential skills and attribute include:
    • The ability to multi-task
    • Strong organisation and time management skills
    • The ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Competent computer knowledge - Microsoft Office (Console Gateway an advantage)
    • A strong customer focus with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
    • A Full driver's licence
    • A positive, 'can-do' attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
