  • Harcourts Hoverd & Co are currently seeking a Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to one of our top, successful and multi award winning salespeople.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with open homes, sales, general administration, prospecting and providing business support.

    We're looking for someone with a passion for property and people who is vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

    Other essential knowledge and skills include:
    • Previous PA / office administration experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to use initiative and work proactively
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Good time management and organisation skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Confident computer skills
    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
