  • An opportunity has become available for a self motivated and driven Personal Assistant to provide support to one of the most sought after real estate professionals in the area.

    In this role you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with open homes, sales, general administration, filing, email, social media marketing, eye for detail, client preparation, Mail Chimp, regular reporting & updating of database maintenance, prospecting and providing business support.

    This role offers plenty of variety; so the ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.

    The successful candidate will offer the following skills / attributes:
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • The ability to work well under pressure and multi task
    • Excel & word mandatory, Act database skills a bonus
    • Great phone manner
    • Highly motivated and organised with attention to details
    • Reliable, responsible and able to take initiative
    • The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
    • Able to get tasks done and done well
    • Deadline driven
    Any experience with ACT by sage database, Mail Chimp and social media marketing is advantageous.

    This is not a role for the faint hearted or somebody who thinks the business world must always stop at 5pm. It is for a true professional who will always be appreciated for really owning the role and making a difference.

    This position is based in Greenlane and is a part-time sub-contracting role working 3-4 days per week (with the potential to progress into a full time sub-contracting role).
