Based in Takapuna, Bayleys North Shore Commercial is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. Someone with excellent secretarial and administration skills to manage the day to day responsibilities for their successful sales and leasing business.
You will manage your own workflow to adhere to deadlines and meet the requirements of the team. As the administrator for the team you will work closely with the sales consultants, assisting them with marketing collateral that will result in the properties being leased or sold.
Other responsibilities include liaising with internal and external contacts, maintaining databases, preparing presentations, generating direct marketing campaigns, doing mail merges, and a variety of other admin and marketing duties.
Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills are required along with a strong administration background. A proactive person with plenty of initiative and a keen attention to detail will thrive in this position.
