Two Receptionist / Administrator positions available

We are currently looking for two Receptionist / Administrators to join our Property Management team. Whilst both the positions are permanent full time, one of them is based in Wellington and the other in Lower Hutt.
As the first point of contact, our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a frontline reception / administration role, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
To succeed you'll also need:
Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Strong time management and high attention to detail
A bright, bubbly personality, a positive attitude and friendly disposition
A strong and confident management ability
The ability to work in a team centred environment
The ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
