Due to one of our superstar staff going back home, Bayleys Queenstown is looking for a Front Office Assistant who has plenty of energy, enthusiasm and great secretarial skills to step up and take ownership of this varied and challenging position.
You will be mostly based in our Frankton office and will also have some shifts in our Shotover St office.
This role will suit someone who loves working at a fast pace and who can effectively juggle a number of tasks at any one time. You will play a key role in the smooth-running of the Agency by ensuring processes are followed. We are looking for an engaging individual with energy and a positive outlook where no tasks are too small.
An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite is essential, plus there are two industry specific software packages that you will need to learn. You will be able to operate with the highest level of professionalism at all times, have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent time management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be energetic and have a pro-active approach.
