Based in Henderson, this role is supporting one of West Auckland's Real Estates top teams in a busy and constantly changing work environment. We require someone who can manage a fast pace and is good on detail. We are seeking someone with proven administration experience: who has excellent verbal and people skills, who has a positive attitude, knows how to build and retain relationships and is familiar with working in a confidential environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least two years' experience in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented real estate or legal environment
Real Estate license is essential (or willingness to obtain)
Social Media experience working with Facebook, YouTube etc
The ability to multi task and cope well under pressure in an ever changing environment
The ability to think outside the square and be creative
It is essential that you are proactive have intuition and can work easily unsupervised
Proven clear thinker, well organised, level headed, solution oriented
Contracts administration, data entry and data management experience
High level of customer service, personal motivation, self-management
Personal integrity, sound judgement
Good time management and decision making skills
A current driver's license is a prerequisite
