  • Here at Harcourts Cooper and Co we truly believe the North Shore and North West is a great place to live and we pride ourselves on our community relationships. We are so committed to keeping it that way that we work hard to support local community events wherever possible and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude and a community spirit, who can help us with upcoming events this spring and summer during the week, the evenings, and weekends on a casual basis.

    The events we support range from sausage sizzles to school fairs, trivia nights to charity auctions, running events to art and much more.

    This is a dynamic and unique role and if you enjoy variety, working hard, being part of the community and are not afraid to get your hands dirty then this could be the role for you!

    The successful applicants will need to:
    • have a full licence and be able to drive our icecream truck (Ford transit van) if required
    • be able to make exceptional coffee (or be prepared to learn)
    • be able to take orders, take money or eftpos payments and roll ice-creams quickly
    • be willing to dress up in a mascots outfit if necessary
    • be able to set up & break down sponsorship products, gazebos, flags, tables, chairs, signage etc for events
    • be accurate and help with documentation during and post event
    • be customer service oriented
    • be punctual, clean and tidy, and prepared to work hard
    •  be in good health (the role can be physically demanding and you may need to be on your feet all day)
    • be flexible to work irregular hours in all sorts of weather,
    • be able to work autonomously, but equally as easily with other staff, and the community
