  • Ray White Whakatane are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.

    Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday.

    Your main responsibility of this role will be providing and maintaining administration support to the sales and property management team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Preparing marketing material
    • Processing all elements of property listings
    • Answering all phone and walk-in enquiries
    • Managing Google Drive and MyDeskTop database
    • Support the Property Manager
    This is an important role so we need a self-starter with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • 3+ years customer service experience
    • Advanced computer skills with an intermediate to advanced level of MS Office products and cloud based applications
    • Sound knowledge of basic accounting
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all customers (internal and external) in an efficient and courteous manner
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly with attention to detail and accuracy
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    • High level of emotional intelligence and a positive and friendly attitude
    Experience in the Real Estate industry and/or a Real Estate license will be highly regarded but is not essential.
