    We're currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in a job share role working 20-25 hours per week in the afternoons.

    The main responsibility of this role with be providing and maintaining administration support to the sales team and Property Manager.

    You will also be responsible for:
    • Preparing marketing material
    • Processing all elements of property listings
    • Answering all phone and walk-in enquiries
    • Managing Google Drive for the Ohope Sales office
    • Telemarketing and Client Care
    • Organising Community Events
    We require someone who can hit the ground running in this varied and challenging role, so you will need previous administration experience, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise work.

    You will also need:
    • Advanced computer skills with an intermediate to advanced level of MS Office products and cloud based applications
    • Sound knowledge of basic accounting
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all customers (internal and external) in an efficient and courteous manner
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly with attention to detail and accuracy
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    • A high level of emotional intelligence and a positive and friendly attitude
    • Flexibility around hours to cover other Administration within the company
    Experience in Real Estate or Property Management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
