An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Universal Drive, Henderson.
In this role you will be the friendly face of our office responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, processing / data entry, printing booklets, making coffees, basic kitchen cleaning as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
Previous experience would be great but is not essential - what's important is a 'can-do' attitude, energy and willingness to learn!
Essential skills and attributes include:
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
An eagerness to help out wherever necessary
Excellent computer skills, plus Word, Excel and Publisher skills would be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Have an ability to work independently
