Currently, we have a great opportunity for a professional and career-minded person to join our team as an Account Manager based out of the Wellington office. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred with further training and guidance provided from Industry professionals.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing an extensive property portfolio. The role involves liaising, supporting, advising, and working with Body Corporate committees.
Your day to day duties will include:
Maintaining and managing a high-volume portfolio workload according to deadlines
Liaising with clients
Responding to client queries promptly and efficiently
Working with a team of efficient support staff
Maintaining office systems
Building relationships with customers and staff; and
Maintaining and updating knowledge to ensure correct advice is provided to clients
To be considered you are someone who:
Has fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
Is self-managing and able to respond to changing priorities
Has excellent computer skills
A high attention to detail
Is able to attend meetings outside of business hours
Is a strong team player
Must have a valid current drivers licence
Whilst previous experience in body corporate industry is preferred, someone with financial acumen and proven ability to successfully manage a portfolio of external relationships would be considered.
