If you are a proven customer service and administration superstar with the right attitude and willingness to learn, we can teach you all you need to know for the job.
Be stimulated in our rewarding, fast-paced environment, taking charge of this pivotal position which generally incorporates a range of reception and administrative tasks including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting clients, invoicing/accounts, water rates, database entry as well being our 'go to' person to keep our department functioning well.
This is not a straight forward reception/admin job though as you'll also have the variety of helping with booking repair jobs and letting tasks such as organising photographers, checking tenancy applications & preparing tenancy agreements and project assistance and marketing stuff.
Vital credentials include enthusiasm & energy, outstanding communication, a dedication to customer service, accuracy attention to detail, strong computer and priority management skills.
