Harcourts is currently seeking the expertise of an exceptional real estate professional to take on the role of Sales Manager at our Hastings office.
The role requires someone who demonstrates a great work ethic and has a strong grasp of what is takes to exceed sales targets in this industry.
A Real Estate Sales Licence with a minimum 3 years' experience is essential and previous management experience is preferred. If you have a history of achieving impressive sales and have the passion required to excel in this role, we want to hear from you.
In this role you will be leading and growing the hardworking team in our Hastings office. You'll be someone who is driven by seeing team members achieve their goals. You're passionate about people, property and delivering exceptional service. You also understand the power of digital media.
We have a strong Auction culture, and as such, the successful candidate will need to be experienced and comfortable with this method of marketing. The position will involve working outside of normal office hours attending to Auctions and presentations and other duties as required.
Exceptional leadership, strong attention to detail, great time management and mentoring skills are essential.
