Join our busy Harcourts Holiday Home Team
We are looking for someone dedicated and long-term to join our busy Harcourts Holiday Home Team. You will be an excellent communicator who has a people-first mind-set and the ability to multi task in a busy role.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring of holiday homes and day to day property management operations.
Ensuring holiday homes are ready for guest and owner arrival.
Guest & owner support (this includes weekends and on call hours).
Reservations and administration support.
You will have:
A background in property management or hospitality.
The desire to deliver exceptional standards in the holiday homes.
Pride in your work and be proactive in building relationships.
An enthusiastic team player with a passion for people.
Applicants be a NZ resident or hold a valid NZ work permit together with a full, current drivers licence. It is also important you are physically active.
This is a role of 35 - 40 hours over a 5 day week and will require you to work on weekends and on call afterhours. You will have the support of a small team in a busy office for a global brand.
