We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our busy and dynamic Dannemora team.
In this role you will be responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet.
Ideally you will have previous experience in the Real Estate industry, however if you have strong attention to detail and follow processes and systems, we want to hear from you!

Excellent communication and people skills
An organised and methodical approach
Excellent computer skills
A positive and helpful manner
The ability to speak Mandarin / Cantonese would be an advantage.
This is a varied role in an industry where the pace can change daily so you will need to be able to prioritise your workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and every third Saturday 9am - 1pm.
