  • An opportunity has become available for a self motivated Personal Assistant to provide support to a highly successful Salesperson.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with general administration, marketing and providing business support. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Agent marketing
    • Property marketing
    • Social media marketing
    • Listing presentation preparation
    • Calendar and logistics
    • Vendor reports
    • Administration - exchanges and settlements
    The successful candidate will be a dynamic, honest, hardworking individual who has plenty of initiative and is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

    You will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, with a track record of success in organising and maintaining excellent systems and management.

    • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to multi task and achieve deadlines under pressure

    • A flair for designing flyers and presentation material

    This is not a role for the faint hearted or somebody who thinks the business world must always stop at 5pm. It is for a true professional who is confident working in an ever changing environment, has a "no job too small" attitude and is results driven.

    This position is based near Torbay and is a part-time sub-contracting role working 20+ hours per week (with the potential to progress into a full time sub-contracting role).
