This is a part-time role working as a contractor (minimum of 15 hours per week) with the potential add further hours when required.
Duties will include:
Conduct scheduled routine inspections
Prepare inspection reports for Landlords
Assist with other Property Management duties as required

Good level of energy to manage internal & external out of office aspects of the role
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Attention to detail

Highly motivated and self sufficient
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong computer skills and able to pick up new systems easily
A high level of personal presentation
A full, clean NZ Drivers License
