A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to work for an award winning property management team.
This role is located in the busy Manly office, and you will be required to work 5 days per week between 9am - 2pm. Hours / days may be flexible for the right candidate.
In this role you will be based at the property management reception and will be the first point of contact for clients. This is a very fast paced role and there will be a lot of administration alongside the reception duties.
Some of your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Fielding all phone calls, emails and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
Tenant Application processing
Providing support to the property managers in the office
General administration duties
Accurate data entry
We are looking for someone with proven reception/administration experience who is exceptionally customer centric and has a "no job too small" attitude.
This is a pivotal front-line role, which requires a people person who enjoys working with customers and also as a team. You will be providing a high level of service to clients and staff so it is essential you have a professional and friendly at all times.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
Clear communication both written and verbal
Good MS office skills and the ability to learn quickly and pick up new systems
A friendly and professional manner
A strong attention to detail and good accuracy
The ability to keep to deadlines
The ability to work well within a team
