An opportunity has come up in the successful Remuera Branch to join part of our fabulous Administration team.
Our top priority is to find a person who is friendly, welcoming, has a great work attitude and has a positive proactive approach, good attention to detail and can work full time.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and Greeting our clients
My Desktop - Loading and managing listings
Ordering Titles, LIMs etc.
Stationery/Stock ordering
Assisting Branch Manager and other front-desk administrators when required
Assisting Salespeople when required
Helping to organise client events, functions & market days
Organising settlement/appraisal packs
Creating window cards
Updating price lists and other documents
This is an important role so our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a warm and welcoming disposition. Experience in the real estate industry would be highly regarded but we are also willing to provide training to the right person. We are looking for a person with a 'can do' attitude and an eagerness to work with our whole team.
