    We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Thames ASAP.

    In this role you will be the 'hub' of the office, acting as the first point of call for any queries, providing administration support, as well as, ensuring the Harcourts Thames branch runs like a well-oiled machine.

    This is an important role within our busy office, so we require someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.

    We're looking for someone with a positive and engaging personality, who is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give people what they need when they need it.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
    • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • The ability to take initiative and problem solve when required
    • Previous experience in the Real Estate industry would be amazing, but is not essential
    This role offers plenty of variety; so our ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude. We can guarantee you constant interruptions, variety and challenges, therefore this role will be far from dull and dreary as not one day will be the same!
