NAI Harcourts is the commercial division of the Harcourts Group and is seeking a facilities manager to manage a combination of key office/retail properties and for a number of individual properties in the portfolio providing support for the property managers. It is a diverse portfolio of properties that are owned by private investors, trusts and the like in central city, city fringe and metropolitan locations.
The role is a broad one covering financial planning for OEPX and CAPEX and day-to-day management of all facilities, maintenance, compliance and emergency maintenance. Additional to this is the creation of work orders and the related approval of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
There is a need to be able to work both independently and also within a team, cooperating with the property managers to meet the expectations of the owners and within budgets.
Your background may be an engineering, trades or FM one and we are looking for someone who has the knowledge combined with excellent communication, financial, software adaptability, technical skills, MS Office skills and all with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
