Your day will be a diverse one, but your main duties will include:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails
Loading / maintaining property listing files
Processing marketing and website advertising
Loading / processing sales transactions
Collecting / distributing mail
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a busy administration / reception role
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Intermediate / advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new programmes
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience with accounts is preferred, but not essential

This is a full time position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
