    A new opportunity has opened up for someone to join our highly engaged and high performing team in the role of Systems and Training Manager.

    As our Systems and Training Manager you will lead the development and implementation of training strategies related to the systems used by our Sales team. You will create a comprehensive programme of communication and training activities to build knowledge across the organisation as well as facilitate, and lead, development of new system capabilities with our technical partners.

    Reporting to the CEO the role will focus on:
    • Assessing our pipeline of enhancements and develop learning solutions to help support the Sales team adopt changes quickly and effectively
    • Understanding the future skills and capabilities required by our Sales teams and developing effective learning solutions to bridge the gap
    • Development of best practices to ensure quality and consistency of training of our systems for all Sales staff
    • Leading the briefing and implementation of all system changes. Delivering enhancements on time and on budget.
    • As required providing reporting to the leadership team outlining the status of your initiatives
    • Managing day-to-day support requests from our sales and head office teams
    • Support the induction of new staff including training and system setup
    To be successful in this role you will need 5+ years experience in a systems training or development role.

    • Experience supporting management and supporting teams with day-to-day enquiries
    • Strong attention to detail
    • To be comfortable on the phone
    • The ability to work well under pressure at times
    • The ability to multi-task and exceptional time management
