    We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Office Administrator to join our Property Management team. This is a part time opportunity working 18 hours per week with the flexibility to work further hours as required.

    The role will be predominantly based in our Thames office however our successful applicant must also be able to work in our Paeroa office as required.

    You will be process orientated, able to work under pressure and be highly organised. You will be a forward thinker who can work in a team but also independently.

    Key Tasks include:
    • Supporting the Property Managers and Property team
    • Advertising and managing processes for letting a property
    • Processing applications, credit checks
    • Other administrative functions
    • Diary and database management
    • Assisting with inspections if and when required
    This is an important role within our busy office, so we require someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.

    We're looking for someone with a positive and engaging personality, who is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give people what they need when they need it.

    • Proven planning and organisation skills
    • Detail oriented and ability to manage time efficiently
    • Multi tasker
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Proven financial skills
    • High level computer skills - comfortable learning new software
    • Diary management (EA/PA skills)
    • Communication skills, able to listen and work towards resolving disputes and complaints
    • An understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act would be an advantage
