The team at Harcourts Cooper & Co are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Executive Assistant to join our award winning team.
We are looking for a professional and personable Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our General Manager. This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic and detail oriented person that has a willingness to learn and support others. Our ideal candidate would have previous PA, EA and/or administrative experience.
Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for providing a high level of professional, efficient and effective support to the General Manager.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all Cooper & Co branches/manager
Assist in collating and putting together company, REINZ and/or other data as required by the General Manager
Manage and coordinate Support office resources and office presentation
Managing General Managers calendar & diary
To succeed in this role you'll need:
Problem Solving skills - be fast thinking and supportive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A bubbly, approachable and outgoing personality
Strong MS Office experience, particularly across both word and excel
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
