We are searching for an experienced real estate professional with a passion for coaching and development to join our New Zealand leadership team. The successful applicant will be charged with driving the professional growth and performance of individuals and teams across our group through the development and delivery of leading edge coaching and training programs at all levels.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering Harcourts Academy internal training and development programs
Identifying the appropriate applicants for induction to the Harcourts Future Leaders program and managing the delivery of this program.
Provide coaching and development to individuals and teams across the Harcourts New Zealand franchise network.
Assist in the leadership and development of the Harcourts New Zealand Academy team
Contribute as a member of the corporate leadership team of Harcourts New Zealand
Skills and Experience require:
A credible background of success within the real estate industry, preferably at both sales and management level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with public speaking/presentation skills
Organised and ambitious for personal and professional growth of yourself and others
A proven contributor to a successful team environment
Experience as a coach/trainer/presenter/educator preferred but not essential
