Quay Property Management are currently looking for a customer focused Office & Accounts Administrator to join our team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing accounts payable invoices and assisting with the monthly creditor run
Scanning accounts payable invoices to committee for approval and answering queries
Back up for typing Committee Minutes, AGM minutes and other documents as required
Updating databases and accounting package
Scanning and emailing documents to the server
Photocopying meeting packs and AGM packs
Supplying documentation for legal documents
Answering general email queries
Insurance renewals
Answering phone calls and arranging maintenance as required
Back up for insurance claims when needed
Arrange renewal of Long-Term Maintenance Plans
Back up for bank reconciliations when needed
This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic person with strong attention to detail to who is also customer focused and displays initiative.
Key skills and attributes include:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
A flexible, proactive work ethic and the ability to multi task

Accurate data entry and administrative skills
