    We're looking for a Leadership Programme Manager to join the Barfoot & Thompson Talent Development and Training Team in Shortland Street.

    As an integral part of the Talent Development and Training team, this individual will ensure the provision of professional, consistent and high-quality leadership coaching and services across the Barfoot & Thompson network of Offices to achieve business goals and strategic talent priorities.

    A key focus of this role is to provide leadership and development training to emerging and current leaders, as well as leading the architecture and execution of leadership programmes.

    To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience as either a Business Leader, Talent Development Leader, or professional Coach and a track record of success designing and delivering leadership development programs.

    • Collaborative and able to connect and engage with a wide variety of people through different platforms and methodologies
    • Natural ability to listen deeply and to reflect back to clients in a way that expands self-insight and builds confidence and ability
    • Robust facilitation, coaching and consulting skills
    • Great communicator with excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills
    • Culturally  competent with strong experience advising and working with a 'lens' of diversity and inclusion- building and delivering programmes and practices in line with this
    • Learning agility to acquire/apply new practices and information in a constantly changing environment
    • Excellent time management, presentation and project management skills
    • Innovative and digitally minded
    • Flexible, responsive with the ability to work in a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment in person and in digital settings
    • Proven ability to manage high volume of relationships and stakeholders
    • Proficiency with Gsuite, Zoom, Asana and other basic internet technologies
    • Familiarity with key assessment methods and tools including aptitude, psychometrics, 360-degree and other inventories
