  • Sotheby’s Tauranga Award Winning Office is looking for a switched on professional to join its team as an Office/Operations Administrator.

    New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty is a part of the largest luxury real estate agency network in the world.  Following the launch of the brand in Tauranga two years ago, it is now recognised as a market leader in lifestyle and luxury real estate across the Bay of Plenty.

    We are looking for an experienced Office/Operations Administrator, who will contribute to the provision of quality services by delivering excellent administrative support and assistance to the Sales Team and Sales Manager.

    The position will also be responsible for ensuring the operations within the business are running smoothly, new initiatives are planned communicated and implemented effectively to our team.

    Essential requirements:
    • Strong administrative skills.
    • Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to proofread.
    • Highly organised and professional.
    • A strong grasp of technology.
    • Flexibility and able to work at a high pace.
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office & Adobe experience.
    • Current driver's licence.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Be an effective communicator.
    • Punctual and reliable.
    Desirable requirements:
    • Previous experience in a support function in a professional environment.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Real Estate as an Office Administrator.
    • A dynamic outgoing personality with a good sense of humour.
    • Exceptional can do, adaptable and flexible attitude.
    Duties will include:
    • Overseeing operations within the office.
    • Implementation and overseeing new initiatives.
    • Social media marketing.
    • Property Listings, contracts, and settlements.
    • AML Compliance checks.
    • Liaise with solicitors and clients.
    • Preparing advertising.
    • Reception relief.
    • Various administration/operations duties to support the sales team and sales manager.
