    We are on the hunt for a motivated and talented person to join our fun and diverse team as an administrator on a full-time basis. This is an awesome opportunity that will allow you to showcase your administration skills whilst learning valuable digital and social marketing skills in a growing and in-demand industry.

    In this role your main focus will be assisting with marketing tasks and working alongside our two other administrators. This means that at times you will be the face of our office, acting as the first point of call for any queries, providing administration support, as well as, ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    To be successful in this role you need to be a self-motivated tech-savy professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of work accuracy and has excellent time management and organisational skills.

    What skills will you need?:
    • Previous experience in an administration role
    • An interest in digital marketing
    • Enjoy having a polished attire
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding people skills & friendly disposition
    • Excellent time management
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up systems quickly
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience with social media platforms, Mailchimp, Canva & Hootsuite not essential but would be helpful
    What will you be doing?
    No two days in our office are the same and you will be often asked to adapt at the last minute! You might need to rush off to photograph a property, drive across town to view a property or fill in on reception. Either way, we need you to be flexible and enjoy having variety in your day.

    These are just some of the tasks you will be asked to do:
    • Executing mailouts via our CRM, Palace
    • Social media posting
    • Website updates
    • Drafting and executing Mailchimp newsletters
    • Provide general marketing support
    • Reception cover
    • Electronic banking
    • Data entry
    • Viewing properties
