    UNO Property Management Specialists provides comprehensive, reliable and trustworthy services to property owners and investors in the Auckland area.

    We are looking for a charismatic Property Manager to join our elite property management team in our Mt Eden office. You will need at least 1-2 years property management experience to be successful.

    General duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
    • Managing and developing a portfolio of relationships and properties by providing first class customer service
    • Meeting the financial management and growth objectives of the Property Management Business on a monthly and annual basis
    • Preparation of tenancy documentation
    • Supervising the signing of tenancy documentation by the tenant
    • Maintaining regular, close contact with current landlords and tenants
    • Organising repairs and maintenance to managed properties
    • Conducting periodic inspections of managed properties
    • Preparing entry property condition reports
    • Deal with all correspondence in relation to the portfolio of properties managed
    • Organising the preparation of rental arrears lists
    • Taking appropriate action against tenants in arrears
    • Together with the Senior Property Manager, check monthly and yearly rent statements before forwarding to clients
    • Conducting rent reviews in accordance with clients' requirements
    • Filing and archiving of property management documents
    • Attending all team meetings and trainings
    • Applying all procedures required of this role and fully participate in the creation of new procedures or in any review of existing procedures
    Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not essential.

    In return, you will be rewarded with a compensation package with base salary and commission - much better than market standard if you are the right person.

    This is a full time role. Occasional weekend work required.
