  • Ray White require a switched-on Receptionist / Administrator to join our front-line team in Botany.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team. You will be the front face of our organisation and will be responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, various day to day administration duties, as well as for providing support to our experienced real estate sales team.

    To succeed in this role you will need:
    • Strong computer skills
    • The ability to pick up systems quickly
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage work flow and meet deadlines
    • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Ability to work unsupervised & display initiative
    • A can-do attitude
    Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

    This is a full time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
