  • Due to our current administration superstar moving out of Auckland, Takapuna branch is looking for a replacement!

    Our ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a busy environment and will be ready to hit the ground running. The role supports two teams - both sales and property management so time management is vital.

    You will be strong in the following areas:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A good degree of numerical literacy with high  accuracy
    • A flexible, proactive work ethic and the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to manage and balance sales & advertising budgets
    • A friendly, professional and approachable phone manner
    • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative
    • Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
    • Excellent computer skills`
    • Ability to think outside the square and work well under pressure and be a team player
    Although real estate experience is preferred, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
