Harcourts Hoverd & Co are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a huge positive attitude and buckets loads of energy to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director and Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for maximising productivity of the executive team, arranging meetings, handling appointments, correspondence and in general taking responsibility for the day to day matters for the Director and Sales Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in a fast paced Personal Assistant role and a track record of success in organising and maintaining excellence in upper management.
Other essential knowledge and skills include:
High level of intuitive confidence around technology, computers etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use initiative and work proactively
A HIGH level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Excellent customer service skills
You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to prioritise will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
