  • Harcourts Hoverd & Co are seeking an experienced Office Administrator who can work productively with our busy team based in Flat Bush / East Tamaki.

    In this role you will be the friendly face of our office, responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support for the team, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    We're looking for someone with proven administrative experience, who has a positive, proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet!

    Our preferred applicant will have outstanding people skills, be well organised, be computer savvy and a definite team player.

    Essential skill and attributes include:
    • 1+ years experience in a similar administration role
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong time management and high attention to detail
    • The ability to take initiative and problem solve when required
