  • We are seeking a bright and energetic Receptionist/Administrator with a mature attitude to join our friendly Central New Lynn team.

    Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar administration / reception role, as well as proven ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

    Experience with Palace software is a big plus but not essential. You will need to be a quick learner and a team player.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Dealing with Landlords, tenants and "walk in" clients in a polite and professional manner
    • Answer phones, Assist Property Managers, where necessary, by taking and relaying messages
    • Process invoices/accounts, pay suppliers & landlords using Palace software
    • Monitor tenant payments and send 14 day letters to any tenants in arrears
    • Draft professional letters. Write receipts for trust accounts and collect and organise daily mail
