    Our busy Otahuhu Branch now requires an enthusiastic front-office Sales Administrator to join our team.

    You will be an integral part of a team and share the responsibilities of the day to day processing of listings, sales and marketing.

    This is an important and busy role needing someone with a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively. The ability to work under pressure is an absolute must.

    Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a friendly can-do attitude and bring a customer focused approach to the role.

    Other key skills/attributes include:
    • Strong computer skills
    • A natural affinity for basic accounting
    • Social media skills
    • The ability to think outside the square
    • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
    • A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
    • The ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment
    Experience in the real estate industry is preferable.
