    We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Administrator to join our team.

    This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop while helping achieve team success in many different aspects such as brand management, social channel management, digital and print marketing content and community partnership.

    We are looking for a highly motivated person who is happy to take direction and looking to take the next step in their marketing career. You will work closely with and support the Sales & Relationship Manager on a variety of tasks, including all marketing-related activities of the business as well as some general office administration support as required.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Learn each of the marketing tools in the "One System" technology suite understanding the benefits they offer to our real estate business
    • Familiarise yourself with marketing tools and resources available and explore the wide range of editable assets and templates available for social media, database and digital marketing
    • Create, order and book all print marketing material
    • Creating and ordering anything from press ads to flags, business cards and everything in between
    This is a dynamic and fast paced environment and you will be an integral part of a cohesive and effective team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent level of communication, both written and oral, and be a self-starter who is able to work to deadlines and prioritise multiple requests.

    To succeed in this role you will need:
    • Demonstrable experience in Google Ad Words, Facebook and Instagram, customer database, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other applicable graphic design programmes
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong computer skills (Google Suite) with the ability to pick up on new systems quickly
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines under pressure
    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and creative skills
    • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work unsupervised and display initiative
    • A can-do attitude and a sense of humour
