    We are currently seeking the expertise of a professional and personable Rental Administrator for our busy Panmure office.

    You will be working within our Rental department to help manage and develop our rental properties, taking care of phone and front line enquiries, invoicing, job orders and general administrative tasks.

    As this is a front line role where you will be meeting and greeting customers, you will need to have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to confidently relate to people from all walks of life.

    Other essential attributes required of the role include:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • A high level of personal presentation
    • At least 1 years Administration experience
    • Confident computer skills
    • The ability to multitask and prioritise work
