Great opportunity for a PA with Marketing & Social Media experience
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm
Ray White requires a creative Personal Assistant with a strong background in Marketing and Social Media to work for a high performing Salesperson.
You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with administration, marketing and providing detailed business support.
We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running, so you will need to have a high degree of working accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong marketing flair and a no flustered approach to the role.

A high level of Microsoft Office suite skills
Confident Apple user
Tech-savvy including building and maintaining the website
Proven skills and experience in social media promotions (such as Facebook, Youtube and Instagram)
Experience designing and creating adverts and marketing brochures
Real Estate industry experience preferred
Creative ideas to bring a point of difference to the team
Attention to detail and prepared to constantly learn and improve your skills and expertise
A desire to work in a team environment and at the same time, work well alone and unsupervised

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm.
