  • Reliable and experienced Real Estate Personal Assistant
  • Part time contract role - approximately 20 hours per week
  • Support a Successful Real Estate Agent in Ponsonby

  • An exciting opportunity has become available for a hard working and quick thinking Real Estate Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a successful salesperson at Barfoot & Thompson Ponsonby branch.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing administration and business support with managing new listings through to settlement, including database maintenance, EDM design and prospecting.

    This is an important role so it is essential you have proven experience in the Real Estate industry, as well as experience in a fast paced PA / administration role.

    Ideally you'll have experience in the use of the Barfoot & Thompson systems, however this is not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to use initiative and work proactively
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Strong time management and organisation skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Confident computer skills
    • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Mailchimp,Facebook and/or PropertySmarts would be a bonus
    This is a part time contract role working approximately 20 hours per week and may progress into full time if business grows. Ideal hours are 9am - 1pm 5 days per week, however can be flexible for the right candidate.
