  • We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator / PA to join our Ellerslie team.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be the front face of our organisation responsible for reception, as well as providing administration support to our sales team.

    We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and can work under pressure.

    To be successful in this role you will need:
    • A good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • The ability to work well under pressure and multi task
    • Efficient time management skills in getting through tasks
    • Great interpersonal skills
    This is a full time role working 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
