  • Ray White require a switched-on Receptionist / Administrator to join our front-line team in Botany.

    We are looking for someone dynamic and energetic with a passion for Property. This role may suit someone who recently completed a degree in Property looking to kick start their career in Real Estate.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team. You will be the front face of our organisation, therefore we are looking for a friendly, energetic, passionate team player who knows how to create an outstanding customer experience; and handle a fast paced office environment providing support to our experienced real estate sales team.

    To succeed in this role you will need:
    • Outstanding people skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • The ability to pick up systems quickly
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage work flow and meet deadlines
    • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Ability to work unsupervised & display initiative
    • A can-do attitude
    Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

    This is a full time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
